HOHO. having such a senseless time blog surfing in the sch lib. i wanna thank God for so many things! He is really great. dear Daddy, thanks for making everything not as bad as i think. i really dunno what to do if it is obvious and right in my face. it may seem silly to live in deceit and self-comfort, but seriously i's rather it remains this way. thank God for the people who care for me. yu people know who yu are la right?
yesterday was a fun and fruitful day! had meeting after sch and me and yl were supposed to study with shern at siglap starbucks, but since that woman was going to be late, we decided to go somewhere near my old house to eat! gosh i totally miss the fishball (HAHA) noodles la. and we played some stupid see-who-poke-the-most-taogay game, and i won HAHA. oooh and we caught a glimpse of an interesting person's gf when we boarded the bus. and damn coincidental ran into yixiu and edwin at starbucks. drank the cheapest but not bad stil quite nice drink called iced tazo tea or sth. wah and me and shern managed to study till 10 like that. and for once this yr, i finished all my homework ok!

as i was looking out at the people walking by the sidewalk, i thought: how small are my problems as compared to God's sacrifice when He sent His son to pay for our sins. and how little my love is for everyone as compared to His unfailing love for us. even when we talk about how much we love our family and friends, it will never be as much as the extent by which God loves us. many people may blame God when they meet with trouble, but don't yu know His heart pains too when we are in pain? which father would love to see his children suffering? troubles and problems are not times for us to start falling away from Him, but they are times for us to draw ourselves closer to Him, and learn to depend on Him and trust in His plans. He did not plant troubles there to make us sad, but they are to make us grow. i can see God reaching out His hands to us, wanting to pull us up when we fall down and cry. but if we refuse to grab his outstretched hand, and instead just continue to blame Him for allowing us to fall, then we will never be able to catch what God is trying to teach us through this. to conclude, TROUBLES= GROWTH!
